I just posted a response to a gentleman who had a similar experience with our company, so I would like to offer you the same information.Īs you may or may not know, Go!Merch started out as a very small company, and we have been trying to keep up with our very rapid growth. This guy must be so busy but he still found time to phone Australia plus exchange a number of emails lining things up and making things right. I cannot speak highly enough of a company owner who goes out of his way to make sure the little people are happy. (Im reluctant to tell all he did in case he gets inundated with requests) but it was so decent and kind of him and us 3 Aussie girls will never forget. Sean immediately replied no problem at all and followed through with a number of things that truly more than made up for a couple of late t-shirts. Thinking how upset Id been when my daughters did not get their present on Christmas morning, I uttered a fairly huge demand and held my breath. He asked what he could do to make up for the girls not getting their Christmas present on time.

He phoned me at a really decent hour mid morning-so what, I hear you say. WELL!! I could not believe the response! From just a first name on my email, Sean found my phone number in Go Merchs records and phoned me. His name and email address was posted in response to another complaint about Go-Merch on this site. I found the Rip off site and was about to make a report but I thought Id follow up first with an email to the Owner of Go Merch, Sean Johnson. I emailed Go-Merch but was brushed aside (by someone junior). Both are Fall Out Boy fanatics and were to receive a t-shirt each for Christmas. I found the Rip off Report while I was simmering with anger at the delay of some items from Go Merch for my daughters. I have been meaning to make a comment regarding Go Merch for 6 months now.

Hi, Im trying to get this reply to all those that are having problems with Go Merch to encourage them to persevere forgive the response being cut and pasted a few times.
